1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Karmi Collective Ltd, trading as Belief by Design.
By booking a session or engaging in services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, you should not proceed with booking or receiving services.
2. Services
Services include Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®), hypnotherapy, and related wellbeing sessions.
These services are:
Complementary in nature
Intended to support personal development and emotional wellbeing
Not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment
3. Free discovery call
A free 20-30 minute online discovery call may be offered.
No therapy is provided during this consultation
Its purpose is to discuss your needs and suitability for RTT
Any estimate of session numbers is a guideline only and not guaranteed
4. Booking & payment
Booking
Sessions must be booked in advance via the designated booking system (e.g. Calendly).
Payment
Online sessions: Full payment must be made at least 24 hours before the session
In-person sessions (if applicable): A deposit may be required, with the balance due before the session
If payment is not received within the required timeframe:
The session may be cancelled
The appointment slot may be offered to another client
5. Cancellation, rescheduling & refunds
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Minimum 24 hours’ notice required for online sessions
Minimum 48 hours’ notice required for in-person sessions
Notice must be given via email or by phone.
Refunds
No refunds for cancellations made within the notice period
No refunds for attended sessions
Session fees reflect:
Time reserved
Professional expertise
For prepaid packages:
A pro-rata refund may be issued
Calculated after deducting full standard session fees for sessions already used
6. Fees
All fees will be clearly communicated before booking.
Fees may be reviewed and updated at any time, but you will always be informed before confirming a booking.
7. Contact between sessions
Communication outside sessions may take place via email or telephone. This is limited to reasonable contact and within business hours.
8. Medical & psychological conditions
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health where relevant.
You must inform us of:
Any medical or psychological conditions
Any changes during your therapy process
You may be required to seek approval from a healthcare professional before sessions begin.
Services may not be suitable if you:
Have epilepsy
Experience psychosis or certain severe mental health conditions
9. Age restrictions
Clients must be 18 years or older for online sessions
Clients under 18 may only be seen with a parent or guardian and subject to agreement
10. Attendance
You are responsible for attending sessions on time.
If you are late:
The session may be shortened
Full session time cannot be guaranteed
11. Transformation recordings
Any recordings provided are for your personal use only and must not be shared, distributed, or sold.
You must not listen to recordings:
While driving
While operating machinery
During any activity requiring full attention
12. Outcome disclaimer
Results vary from person to person.
No guarantees are made regarding:
Outcomes
Speed of results
Resolution of specific issues
We commit to using professional skill and care to support your goals.
13. Standards of behaviour
You agree to:
Attend sessions in a respectful and appropriate manner
Not attend under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs
If you attend under the influence or behave in an abusive, threatening or unsafe manner, the session may be terminated and:
Future sessions may be refused
No refund will be provided
14. Confidentiality
All sessions and communications are confidential.
Confidentiality may only be broken where:
You give explicit permission
Required by law
There is risk of serious harm to you or others
In cases involving safeguarding concerns
A court order is issued
With your permission, information may be shared with relevant professionals. Testimonials may be shared only with your explicit consent.
15. Data protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy on this website for full details.
By booking a session, you consent to the processing of your data as described.
16. Testimonials
From time to time, clients may choose to provide testimonials or feedback about their experience.
Any testimonial is provided voluntarily and will only be used where explicit consent has been given. Testimonials may be used for marketing purposes, including on the website, social media, and other promotional materials.
Testimonials may be edited for clarity while preserving their original meaning. You may choose how your testimonial is attributed (e.g. first name, initials, or anonymously).
You may withdraw your consent for the use of your testimonial at any time by contacting us.
17. Liability & indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karmi Collective Ltd shall not be liable for:
Any direct or indirect loss
Emotional, psychological, or financial outcomes
Decisions made following sessions
You agree to take full responsibility for:
Your participation
Your wellbeing
Your actions following sessions
18. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
