About Abigail
Many people arrive at a point in life where the strategies that once worked no longer seem to help. Stress builds quietly over time, shaping how we think, respond and experience the world around us.
My work focuses on helping people understand and change the patterns beneath those experiences - the ones that often operate outside of conscious awareness but influence how we show up in our work, health and relationships.
Before moving into therapeutic work, I spent many years in global business leadership roles. This gave me a first-hand understanding of the pressures people carry in demanding professional and personal environments, and led to a deeper interest in how meaningful, lasting change actually happens.
Today, I work with individuals navigating areas where sustained stress often begins to have a wider impact - including career pressure and burnout, midlife transitions, and health and weight challenges.
I am a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) practitioner and hypnotherapist. My approach is thoughtful and practical, focused on identifying and addressing the root cause of a pattern rather than simply managing symptoms.
Outside of my work, I value time with my family, being active outdoors and continuing to learn about the connection between mind and wellbeing.
