Using Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®), I help you uncover and transform the subconscious beliefs shaping your behaviour, health, and direction.

I am an RTT practitioner and hypnotherapist, working with clients experiencing burnout, stress, confidence challenges, and behavioural patterns that don’t seem to shift through willpower alone.

RTT is a structured, evidence-informed approach that draws on hypnotherapy, cognitive techniques, and neuroscience to identify the root cause of patterns - not just manage their symptoms.

Because when you understand how those patterns were formed, you can change them.

A different way to create change

When the mind is running old patterns, life can feel harder than it should.

RTT works by accessing the subconscious mind - where beliefs, habits, and emotional responses are formed.

Rather than focusing only on surface behaviours, RTT helps uncover when and how these patterns began, and why they have been maintained.

By combining techniques from hypnotherapy, CBT, NLP and psychotherapy, this approach allows those patterns to be understood, reframed, and updated at their source.

This is what creates change that feels natural, rather than forced.
